Acceptance of Terms

To the extent any liability cannot be fully disclaimed, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and this section does not apply to obligations arising under a signed contract for contracting work, which are governed by that contract.

Indemnification
