What to Do Before We Get There
A few simple steps protect your home and make your insurance claim easier.
Stay Safe
Stay off the roof and away from downed lines. Leave anything high up or unstable for us.
Take Photos
Photograph any damage you can see safely from the ground or inside, and note the date of the storm.
Stop Water Getting In
Put buckets under leaks and move valuables. If you pay for emergency fixes, keep the receipts for your claim.
Call Us Before the Adjuster
We'll inspect first and meet your adjuster on site. And be careful with out-of-town crews knocking on doors after a storm.

Is the inspection really free?
Yes. The inspection and the written estimate cost nothing, and there's no pressure to sign.
Should I call my insurance company first?
It helps to have us inspect first. We'll tell you honestly whether there's damage worth claiming, and if there is, we'll document it and be there when your adjuster comes out.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. We do roofing, siding and exterior work on commercial properties as well as homes. Pick the service that fits and mention it's a commercial building in your message.
