HOW WE WORK
WHAT GOES INTO EVERY PROJECT
Every project in the gallery above followed the same four stages. It is the process we have used on Maryland and Virginia homes since 2016, and it is built to keep you informed at each step: no surprise line items, no sales pressure, and no mess left behind when the crew pulls out.
1. WALKTHROUGH & INSPECTION
We start on site, not over the phone. We walk the property and get up on the roof or along the siding line where it is needed, so we can document the real condition of what you are working with, including storm and water damage that is not visible from the ground. If an insurance claim is involved, this is where the documentation begins.
2. A CLEAR, NO-PRESSURE ESTIMATE
You get a written estimate that spells out scope, materials and a realistic timeline before anything is ordered. We walk you through the trade-offs, like James Hardie fiber cement versus vinyl siding, so the choice is yours and it is made on cost, durability and maintenance rather than on a sales pitch.
3. INSTALLATION BY OUR OWN CREWS
We protect landscaping and hard surfaces before the first panel comes off, keep the jobsite tidy while work is underway, and coordinate every trade in-house so a multi-part job moves start to finish under one roof. On larger scopes that means roofing, siding and gutter work sequenced so your home is never left open to the weather.
4. CLEANUP & FINAL WALKTHROUGH
We clean up completely, including a magnetic sweep for stray nails after any roofing work, and then walk the finished project with you. A job is not done on our books until you have seen the result up close and told us you are happy with it. Questions after the crew leaves still reach the same people who ran your project.
MATERIALS & SCOPE
THE WORK BEHIND THESE PHOTOS
The projects above span the full range of what we take on. A finished photo rarely shows the specification behind it, so here is what a typical job in each category actually involves and which materials we install.
ROOFING
Full roof replacement, storm and leak repair, detailed inspections, and solar panel installation. We use quality shingles and materials chosen for the DMV climate, where humid summers and freeze-thaw winters are hard on a roof. An inspection is worth booking before a home sale or after any severe weather event.
SIDING & EXTERIORS
James Hardie fiber cement is the most durable option. It resists fire, rot, pests and warping, and holds its factory-applied ColorPlus finish for years. Vinyl siding is the low-maintenance alternative, with insulated panels that help cut energy bills and a finish that never needs painting. We also handle siding repair and exterior painting.
WINDOWS & DOORS
New and replacement windows that seal out drafts, cut energy bills and let in more light, installed for a tight lasting fit with no air gaps. Door work covers entry, patio and interior doors, improving security and insulation at the same time as the first impression your home makes from the street.
GUTTERS & FLOORING
Seamless gutters sized to your roofline move water away from the foundation and siding. We repair sagging, leaking and clogged runs, and install Leaf Relief gutter guards so you can stop climbing the ladder each autumn. Indoors we install hardwood, laminate and tile flooring built for daily traffic.
KITCHEN, BATHS & MORE
Full kitchen and bathroom remodels, including custom cabinetry, countertops, tile and backsplash, vanities, and walk-in or tiled showers, plus hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl and tile flooring throughout the home.
